Firm advices holiday villa owners to consider marketing
JML Villas, a firm which advertises holiday apartment and villas in several European countries, advised holiday villa owners that winter time is the right time to consider about vacation for next year.
The company advertises holiday villas and apartments in Greece, Italy, France, Spain, United Kingdom, Cyprus, Portugal, Malta, Belgium, Ireland, Croatia, Bulgaria, Poland and Morocco.
The number of holiday rental properties in the continent is increasing; according to JML and that the right exposure of these properties could help generate additional revenues for owners.
To make this possible, company spokesman Philip Suter said that property owners should provide detailed and interesting description of their holiday villas and the neighboring locations in order to spark interest among readers.
On the other hands, British holiday homes owners will have to maximize on lettings next year because they might lose their holiday lettings tax relief by April. This movement, which awaits legislation, could affect more than 60,000 owners.
